Ken Keegan Ph.D. Product Line Manager - Deposit and Microbiological Control Kemira Pulp&Paper Dr. Keegan has a B.S. in chemistry from Carnegie-Mellon University and completed his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry at Pennsylvania State University. He began his career in long term research with Arco Chemical Company, moving into the specialty chemical industry with Nalco several years later. His R&D assignments included work in enhanced oil recovery, waste treatment, and pulp & paper. His career has spanned 28 years and has included positions as group leader responsible for Deposit and Microbiological Control R&D with Nalco, North American Technology Manager for Grace Dearborn and his current position as Product Line Manager for deposit and microbiological control applications with Kemira’s Pulp&Paper business. Kemira is a chemicals group made up of four business areas: Kemira Pulp&Paper, Kemira Water, Kemira Specialty and Kemira Coatings. Kemira is a global group of leading chemical businesses with a unique competitive position and a high degree of mutual synergy.
